Physical Security Program Review

GATEWAY will review the effectiveness and efficiency of your current physical security program, utilizing the GATEWAY Physical Security Review Assessment Model. GATEWAY will assess the maturity of your physical security oversight, physical security, internal controls, and operations by interviewing key personnel, reviewing configuration and process documentation, examining existing security technologies and capabilities, and comparing these capabilities to those required by regulatory mandates.

During the Physical Security Program Gap Analysis, GATEWAY will evaluate your physical security program through the following activities:

• Review relevant physical security configuration and process documentation and policies to gain an understanding of the current requirements in place
• Conduct interviews with designated team members to gather data regarding the current state and desired future state of the organization
• Conduct interviews with key physical security stakeholders to gather additional data regarding the organizational risk tolerance and the alignment of the physical security program with the business and IT
• Review existing security technologies and capabilities within client, including size, scale, and complexity of implementation and technology ownership and oversight
• Process results using the GATEWAY Physical Security Review Model to evaluate the current state of the physical security program
• Perform a gap analysis and create a recommended Physical Security Program Roadmap that enables client to achieve its physical security goals
